Our adventure began in 1989 with the creation of Omnidata, the first Oracle VAR in Morocco.
Omnidata quickly became the first ERP integrator in 1994, then a pioneer in 1997 in 3-tier Architecture, and finally became the pioneer of BI solutions in 1999.
Omnidata is now one of the largest companies in Digital Services and was consolidated in 2008 through the absorption of Cap’Info in 2007 and then through the creation in 2008 of its new subsidiaries: OmniAcademy, Omnishore and Omnidata Business Solutions.
Following a proactive approach of external acquisitions, Medtech then completed its offer, on the Moroccan market and in Europe, with new and more diversified products and services to address all components of demand related to information technology:
In the spirit of its growth, Medtech opened its capital in 2016 to Mediterrania Capital Partners (MCP) to become the reference shareholder of S2M and Dimension Data Morocco.
Medtech continued its external growth development with the acquisition in 2017 of Crédon (in Benelux) and OppScience (in France).
In 2020, following a public takeover bid, Medtech became the majority shareholder of S2M. The group also took a stake in SGEvT.
In 2021, OppScience opened its capital to Idemia.
And in 2022, Medtech bought back its own shares from the Mediterrania fund.
